If I was still looking for mail order brides I would definitely look to Latvia and Romania.

The mail order brides there are very attractive and I can read the street signs.

I can tell you first hand that Riga is a wonderful place but the population of Latvia is small.

So let me understand this; an average schmuck with no Russian language skills can meet, romance and start an everlasting relationship with any of the mail order brides by simply being a tourist. You have to be kidding. You cannot call it luck, it's horses#$t luck. If I were to subscribe to this theory I would have to start believing in the Tooth Fairy, Santa Claus and Fairy Tales.
