How to get there?
By plane, train, bus or a car - any method is acceptable and is convenient. A lot of transportation routes pass through Dnipropetrovs'k.
By plane.
Some airlines will deliver you from different parts of the world. Dneproavia, Austrian Airlines, Aeroflot, Ukrainian airlines are the basic air-companies. The airport is 15 km south-east from the city-center. Taxi, bus (number 60), and minibus taxis are available from Central railway station. By train.
The city is a large railway junction. Daily trains to and from many parts of East Europe. The timetable and the routes are here. By bus. The largest bus station in East Ukraine is in Dnipropetrovs'k. It is near the railway station. Bus routes to all over the country, including some routes to Russia, Poland, Moldova and Turkey.
By car.
Many highways cross the city. The most popular directions are to Kyiv, Donetsk, Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhya. There are many different routes to these popular cities. Transit through the city.
By boat.
There are some routes available by high-speed boats with underwater wings in summer time. Tourist steam-ships on their trips down the Dnieper river (Kiev - Kherson - Odessa) always make a stop in the city.
